Cleaner – Heathrow Airport Car Parks and Facilities - 20 hours per week - £14.80 per hour
We are looking for a reliable, professional and customer-focused Cleaner to join our team and support the delivery of high standards across our airport car parks, terminal areas and associated facilities.
As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our customers, colleagues and airport partners. You will be part of a professional and friendly team working in a fast-paced airport environment where high standards of cleanliness, customer service and safety are essential.

What you will do:
- Maintain offices, work areas, toilets and other facilities to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure cleaning materials and consumable stock are stored safely and securely, and reporting any stock requirements to the Service Delivery Manager.
- Report any defects, damage, hazards or maintenance requirements to the appropriate manager.
- Support other areas of the operation when required to meet operational and customer service requirements.
- Provide a professional and helpful service to customers, colleagues and airport partners at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of personal conduct and representing the company positively and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to company, client and customer information.
- Comply with all company health and safety procedures, airport regulations and operational requirements.

- Previous cleaning, facilities, customer service or airport experience would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
Working Hours & Benefits:

- Monday to Friday. 8am to 12pm
