Parking & Traffic Management Controller - Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham. Full Time - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00, £12.71 per hour.
Do you have good Customer Service Skills? Are you able to work under pressure and as part of a team? Have you got Car Parking Enforcement experience and a background in Security? Do you have a SIA Security guard licence?

We are looking for a Parking & Traffic Management Controller who will patrol the Hospital estate, ensuring the safety and security of the site and site users. At the same time having an active role in the efficient running of the car park facilities and operations, whilst delivering continuous improvement in all these areas.
What you will do:
- Ensure that vehicle users conform to the clients laid down traffic regulations (Inc car parks), and enforce the Parking Enforcement Notice scheme where non-conformity occurs.
- Deal with unusual occurrences in accordance with guidelines and training As specified by the company.
- Record and maintain all books and records assigned to your site in a legible and timely manner.
- Deal with all enquiries made by telephone or by other means from the client, its representatives or visitors as required.
- Deliver the highest level of personal behavior at all times, in line with the company’s standards.
- Assist with tasks or problems within the car parks or traffic management as requested, support members of the team and attend regular team meetings.
- Comply at all times with, Company Policies and, Procedures and the Health & Safety Laws.
- Protect, maintain and strengthen the reputation of Apcoa Parking UK Ltd.
- Undertake all other duties consistent with the nature and grade of the post as necessary or required.
