Resourcing Manager – Flexible workforce
Remote | 37.5 Hours | Competitive Salary
We’re looking for an experienced Resource Manager to build and manage our internal recruitment desk and flexible workforce. This role is ideal for someone with either a high volume, temp recruitment or agency background who enjoys running a busy desk, building candidate pipelines, and filling roles.
You will take ownership of a company-wide flexible workforce, ensuring we always have the right people available to support operational demand. This is a hands-on recruitment role where success will be driven by your ability to attract, recruit and maintain a reliable pool of flexible staff.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
• Building and overseeing an internal temp-style recruitment desk
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Managing high-volume recruitment
• Advertising and attracting candidates
• Screening and interviewing applicants
• Managing compliance and onboarding
• Keeping workers engaged and available
• Maintaining a ready-to-deploy workforce
You will effectively operate as an internal recruitment desk for flex employees, ensuring the business always has access to flexible staff. Alongside recruitment, you will establish relationships with Hiring Managers to deploy staff across multiple sites, track recruitment performance and assist in reducing reliance on external agencies.
This role will suit someone who has worked in:
• Recruitment agency temp desks or internal recruitment teams
• High-volume recruitment

- Recruitment lifecycle experience (sourcing, screening, onboarding, compliance)
- High-volume, fast-moving recruitment knowledge
- KPI tracking (fill rate, utilisation, deployment efficiency)
- Organised & able to prioritise under pressure
- Strong communicator & stakeholder manager
- Resilient, proactive, solution-focused
- Analytical & data-driven
- Collaborative with ownership mindset
Bonus points if you’ve worked in: multi-site operations, enforcement, facilities, logistics, or security environments.
