Operations Manager – Heathrow Airport – Valet, Meet & Greet -Full-time, permanent – 40 hours per week - £43.5K+ Per Annum DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to support the Valet Meet & Greet functions based at Heathrow Airport. If you have demonstrable experience in operations management role with P&L management this could be the position for you. This is an excellent chance to join a dynamic and growing company and support & grow APCOAs operations across our Heathrow Airport sector.
What you'll do:
- To agree, daily, with the Service Delivery Managers a plan of action to ensure resources are deployed to the areas of most need during the working day, in advance
- To Manage and control SDM and Team Leader rotas and OT
- Oversee all elements of individual team’s development and performance inclusive of coaching, appraising and disciplinary support up to and including dismissals.
- Ensure that all incidents are recorded accurately
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with H&S regulations at all times and completing audits when required
- Ensure the financial performance of the contract achieves and exceeds our stakeholders’ expectations
- Creating monthly reports and ad-hoc reports
- To be the contact for all clients and suppliers in the absence of the Contract Manager and take on any responsibilities of the Contract Manager, when required
- Identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in Operations Management
- Experience of P&L accounting, producing & managing budgets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Confident & Competent to develop beneficial relationships with the clients, senior managers and key stakeholders
- Able to prioritise workloads in a fast-changing work environment
- Competence to work under pressure, with a positive and resilient nature
- IT literate with experience of using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Have a hands-on can-do approach
- Full UK driving licence essential
