Operations Manager – Northern Ireland
Location: Belfast/East (covering all NI)
Contract: Permanent | 42 hours per week (any 5 of 7 days)
Salary: £34,590.04 per annum
APCOA is seeking an accomplished and motivated Operations Manager to provide strong leadership and operational oversight across a key contract within Northern Ireland. This role is central to ensuring consistent service excellence, robust client relationships and the delivery of high-performing, commercially successful operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop and motivate a geographically dispersed operational team.

Build and maintain effective client relationships at all levels, acting as the primary point of contact.

Ensure all contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs are met and exceeded.

Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting.

Address operational challenges promptly and uphold high-quality service standards.

Identify opportunities for revenue growth, innovation and continuous improvement.
Candidate Criteria

Management experience within a KPI/SLA-driven or commercially focused contract.

Strong leadership capability with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Commercially aware with sound financial and analytical expertise.

Effective problem solver able to perform under pressure.

Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

Full, clean UK driving licence.
Desirable: Experience in the parking industry and/or familiarity with Health & Safety, Contract or Employment Law.
