Quality Auditor – Parking Enforcement
Location: Belfast | Contract Type: Permanent | Hours: Full-time

We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Auditor to uphold the integrity and accuracy of our parking enforcement operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all activities—from Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) processing to cash collection and reconciliation—are compliant, consistent, and aligned with contractual and regulatory standards.
What you’ll do:

Conduct monthly audits of operational records, PCN evidence, and cash collection data to ensure accuracy and compliance with the service specification.

Monitor quality assurance activities, including incognito inspections, compliance checks, and process validations.

Produce comprehensive audit reports identifying trends, risks, and actionable recommendations.

Support the Client Account Manager and Director of Audit & Compliance in maintaining exceptional operational and ethical standards.

Collaborate with operations and divisional managers to drive continuous improvement and implement corrective actions where required.
What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance, ideally within parking enforcement, local government, or transport services.
