Notice Processing Officer- Sandwell - 40 hours per week £25,875.20 to £27,476.80 per annum with pending pay increase.

We have an opening for a highly focused person to join our Notice Processing team in Sandwell. You will be an integral part of the team lending administrative and customer service support to all customers.

This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with members of the public in various forms including on the phone and via email. You will be processing appeals and dealing with enquiries and complaints.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with various enquiries and complaints.
  • Assisting in appeal processes
  • Processing Penalty Charge Notices
  • Being able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Being able to keep up with changes in legislation.
  • Strong IT skills.

You should demonstrate that you have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn a subject from a position of zero knowledge.
  • Good IT literacy.
  • Strong self-motivational skills to ensure deadlines are met,
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and be a dynamic team member.

You will receive £25,875.20 to £27,476.80 per annum with pay increase pending for 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday
