Service Delivery Supervisor - Luton Airport - Full-Time - Shifts 4 on, 4 off working 2 days followed by 2 nights - £33,125.68 Per Annum

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Service Delivery Supervisor to join the team at London Luton Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven Customer Service management experience to lead a team within a busy and exciting environment. You will be an important part of the team providing an excellent experience for all customers.

What you'll do:
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations, consisting of car parks, valet parking and the bussing operation, along with the SDM on shift, taking charge in their absence.
- Maintain strong communications and support the Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager & Transport Supervisor/Manager, seeking assistance and agreeing on actions to resolve outstanding issues.
- Be first point of contact for any customer issues that arise on site.
- Any reasonable duty as requested by a more senior manager.
- To work as part of a wider team as a key and instrumental member of the contract management team
- Be the primary contact for all clients and suppliers in the absence of the SDM and take on any responsibilities of the SDM.
- Plan, prepare and allocate staff across the entire operation ensuring resources are deployed to the areas of most need during the working day.
- Organise, manage, and motivate the team on shift across the APCOA operation.
- Always ensure the effective running of the car parks and the bus service
- Ensure all members of staff are following agreed APCOA working practices and operating procedures.
- Monitor the performance of staff and ensure delivery of allocated tasks.
- Carry out the cash collection, processing, and associated task on site
- Complete shift handover forms between outgoing and incoming crews
- Monitor and report the SLA performance of all the services provided by APCOA.
- Complete and file all relevant Health & Safety documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all incidents are recorded thoroughly and accurately in the appropriate incident reporting tool, with any action follow up actions also being dutifully recorded.
- Report any equipment or vehicle defects on site and ensure that works are completed within the agreed site SLA’s.

- Be able to prioritise and multitask.
- Ability to manage and motivate.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
