Operations Support Manager – Dublin Airport Car Park Services

We are seeking an Operations Support Manager to assist the Car Park Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large-scale Car Park Services Contract at Dublin Airport. This is a high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring the consistent delivery of premium services to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive management support to the Operations Manager and lead a dedicated operations team in North Dublin, operating 24/7.
- Motivate, manage, and develop Team Leaders and Parking Attendants to consistently deliver best-in-class service.
- Drive your team to meet and exceed both internal and external KPIs, ensuring that service standards remain high.
- Work closely with sub-contractors, marketing, and remote support functions to ensure KPIs are achieved and maintain positive working relationships.
- Take ownership of issue resolution with customers, ensuring the timely coordination and closure of corrective actions.
- Provide detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and implement measures for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in supervisory or management roles within an operations or customer service environment.
- Comfort and confidence in engaging with clients and customers, with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work within a matrix organisation, collaborating effectively with various teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management, motivation, and development.
- Proactive mindset, with excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills.
