Salary: £26,728 per annum | £12.85 per hour + £8 per day mobile shift allowance
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

We're recruiting Traffic Attendants to patrol Belfast on a moped/scooter, and if you're not already licensed, full CBT training is funded as part of your training, so the main thing we need from you is the right attitude, not the licence. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you'll be a visible, helpful presence in the local community, supporting safe and fair parking across our managed street parking and car parks.
What will you do?
In a typical shift you'll be out on patrol by moped, checking parking restrictions, issuing guidance where needed, and explaining clamping and fines clearly and calmly to members of the public. You'll need to be positive, approachable, and comfortable having those conversations face-to-face so strong customer service is just as important as your riding ability.
