Marketing Executive

Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £30,000 per annum

At APCOA, we’re not just managing parking we’re shaping the future of urban mobility. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

This is a varied, hands-on role. From digital campaigns and website management to supporting app growth and on-the-ground promotions, you’ll play a key part in driving customer engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth across the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and update website content, ensuring it remains engaging, accurate, and optimised for performance and conversion.
  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, display and affiliate platforms.
  • Contribute to SEO, PPC, and overall digital performance improvements to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in delivering national and local marketing initiatives, promotions, and pricing campaigns in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as leaflets, posters, and digital assets, maintaining strong brand consistency.
  • Support exhibitions, events, and partnerships to enhance APCOA’s market presence.
  • Work alongside the Lead Digital Executive on campaigns, competitions, and new growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and promotion of digital products (including mobile apps), supporting content updates, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to digital and B2C campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels including social media, email, PPC, and SEO.
  • Experience managing website content and working with CMS platforms.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and campaigns.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
