About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Supervisor to lead our on-street operations team in Lambeth. As a key figure in our service delivery, you'll ensure things run smoothly on the ground, support your team to perform at their best, and help drive operational improvements that make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating your team on the ground
- Setting goals, tracking performance, and providing real-time feedback
- Delivering coaching, training, and support to build a high-performing team
- Ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
- Acting as the link between on-street operations and senior management
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hands-on supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Confidence managing people and improving performance
- Good commercial awareness and client-facing experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
