We’re looking for proactive, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Car Park Attendants at Dublin Airport, Ireland’s busiest airport. This exciting opportunity comes as part of a new expansion and contract in one of the highest-traffic locations in the country. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide outstanding service to our clients, maintain a safe and clean environment, and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations.
What’s on Offer:
- €13.50 per hour + €2 per hour shift allowance
- 20 days annual leave
- Company pension
- Death in service benefit
Shift Pattern:
This role operates on a rotating weekend shift schedule:
One weekend: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM
The following weekend: 3:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight
Applicants must be available for both early and late shifts as part of the rotation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Flexible and available to work alternating weekend shifts.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with high energy and a can-do mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Full EU manual driver’s license is essential.
- Previous car valet experience is a plus.
Your Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer concerns and deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain site cleanliness and ensure safety across all areas.
- Meet and exceed safety, security, and service standards.
- Perform basic maintenance on payment machines, barriers, and related equipment.
- Conduct regular patrols and complete logs in line with site KPIs.
- Accurately complete reports and documentation.
- Report service issues or irregularities to your line manager.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.
- Enforce car park rules and regulations.
