APCOA are currently looking for a Parking Supervisor to join our team. This is a pivotal role for the team assisting the operations manager through supervision of the car parking operations across Manchester City Centre. You will be responsible for a team of car park patrol attendants, ensuring efficient and effective operation of all car parking and related activities across your area.
What you'll do
- Ensure the safety, security and cleanliness of the car park
- Prepare rotas, supervise the site attendants and cover for absences when required
- Carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and other company equipment
- Check entry tickets/permits are valid
- Maintain the high standards
- Deal with customer complaints at the point of service failure
- Ensure the car park has been is patrolled and any issues are logged and actioned
- Ensure that the team are actively managing the car park at all times
- Report all relevant actions/issues in a timely manner
- Complete and file all relevant Health & Safety documentation
- Ensure that incidents are recorded thoroughly and accurately

- You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the competence to build and maintain positive working connections.
