Contract Manager – Healthcare: Security and Parking Services

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team and lead in delivering vital services to our clients and customers across the NHS in Hull. As our Contract Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and managing contracts that directly affect the well-being of our community.

This is an onsite office position, 42 hours per week, with daily site attendance required to ensure all operational requirements and service level agreements are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management and planning of resources - including effective deployment of staff throughout the contract to ensure operational requirements are met

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and budgetary constraints.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Implementing effective strategies for contract performance evaluation and improvement.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to your team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a background of Management experience and a thorough understanding of contract processes. You will be leading, managing, and delivering the contract performance, with ownership of contractual budgets across our Healthcare sector managing the Security and Parking services across your sites.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably a minimum of 2 years management within a Security or Parking setting within Healthcare.
  • In-depth knowledge of public procurement processes and regulations.
  • Proven track record in setting and managing budgets and KPI performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Working knowledge of Security, CCTV control room and camera enforcement and procedures
