As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily ticketing by Traffic Warden in County Wicklow. You will support and guide the Traffic Warden team to ensure consistency in the delivery of services, implementing best practices procedures for this contract.
What you’ll do
- Manage team roster and assign beats to make sure all areas are consistently visited, and fines issued to offending parkers.
- Actively patrol and issue fines to offending vehicle in line with requirements.
- Ensure continuity of standards across the contract with regular team briefings
- Be very customer/client focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure efficient and economical performance in accordance with operating budgets, year-end goals and objectives.
- Review analysis of performance and implement appropriate and remedial changes in strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and instruction, including ongoing compliance training.
- Monitor KPI targets across all operations and set and maintain standards of performance for all operational activities.
- Undertake annual performance and development appraisals of all Traffic Warden Team.
- Reporting on team and contract performance.
- Communicate effectively with all staff.
What you’ll bring

- Experience co-ordinating Team Development and Training
- Good computer literacy of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to problem solve
- Performance analysis
- Previous industry experience is desirable for this role, but not essential
