The Role

Team Leader - on-street parking - Full-time - €40,000.00 per annum (including bonus) - Cork

An exciting new opening has arisen for a Team leader within the on-street parking team in Cork. A friendly, organised person would be well suited to help with the smooth running of operations. You will be responsible for reporting parking violations, vehicle maintenance of the fleet, maintaining and improving over all performance and development of the existing team.

Can you deliver an excellent customer experience by being a role model for best practice and supporting team members to deliver high levels of service?

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Managing the activity of the on-street team while motivating and leading the team
  • Reporting and rostering
  • Parking enforcement
  • Working with Management to deliver best practice and uniform service to Customers
  • Drive corrective action where service levels are not being met
  • Monitor KPI targets across all operations and maintain standards of performance 
  • Ensure ongoing informal feedback is gathered from customers
  • Responsibility for your team, including recruitment, retention, training, performance evaluation and continued development

  • Experience of leading or managing a team within a busy environment
  •  A passion for providing great customer service 
  • Attention to detail with strong leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as part of a team
  • Experience working within the Parking Industry would be very beneficial but not essential

The role works on 5 shifts over a 7 days a week on a rotational roster.
