The IT Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing a timely, customer focussed and efficient support. You will be responsible for fixing application and system problems, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on.
What you'll do
Application Configuration – understand business needs and ensure systems are configured
Analyse application inputs and outputs to ensure smooth business operation is maintained
Setup and maintain application monitoring of business processes
Providing a timely, customer focussed, efficient IT support for APCOA operation
Logging and managing calls with third party supplies
Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries
First and second line support for all IT enquiries including bespoke SQL applications/Head Office IT systems
What you'll bring
2+ years hands on systems administration or application support experience
4 years’ experience of working in IT
Process orientated and KPI Driven
High Attention to detail and a hunger to improve systems and process
Knowledge of Microsoft and database environment
