About The Role

Principle contact for APCOA with clients, therefore taking responsibility for leading, managing and delivering the contract performance for all parking enforcement, environmental and community matters.
Build meaningful relationships with the local community to ensure their needs, as well as the Client’s, are being met.
As the owner of the budget, the Contract Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the commercial performance of the contract meets and exceeds the commercial expectations of APCOA stakeholders.

What you’ll do

Plan and execute the Contract performance strategy and oversee the operation. Ensure compliance with the KPIs, standards, operating procedures and the requirements of the contract.
Direct data gathering, auditing and analysis for measuring the performance of the contract and compliance to operating procedures to ensure all revenues are being wholly accounted for.
Maximise and protect the revenues and maintain a prudent control over all expenditure, to ensure that the contract’s financial performance meets and exceeds budgetary requirements.
Develop, complete and present the contract’s budget.
Be responsive to the client’s needs and work in partnership with the client to support the delivery of their business plan.
Build excellent, robust and beneficial relationships with the client, suppliers and internal support services.
Develop creative and innovative operational proposals which extend the scope of APCOA’s services with the client
Protect, maintain and strengthen the reputation of APCOA
Keep abreast of legislative and other changes that may affect the operation of this contract.

Manage the day to Enforcement Operation to ensure efficiency in all areas
Work with the supervisory team to ensure performance of the Enforcement team is adequately challenged to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Weekly review meeting with Operations Director to discuss Budget/Forecast and overall performance
Manage the ZatPark System
Correct areas of underperformance through reviewing and implementing new processes and procedures where appropriate.
Recruit, discipline and reward colleagues as appropriate and respond to any colleague grievances.
Encourage and stimulate aspirational colleagues and Supervisors.
‘Cascade’ information to all team members and maintain good communications throughout the operation.

What You'll Bring:
Proven multi-disciplinary experience in operational, contract, commercial and project management and management exposure in a client facing role – minimum of 2 years contract management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at individual, team and group level and equally comfortable and effective in communicating with front line staff, managers, directors and members of the public.
Capable of producing informative reports and effectively communicating orally and in written form
Numerate and literate and experienced with Microsoft Office tools
Experienced in setting and delivering revenue and cost budgets and KPI performance
Experience in client facing roles
Able to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal support services.
Self-motivated, proactive nature
Operate with minimal guidance and supervision
Excellent problem solving skills
Good organisations skills
Full Clean Driving Licence

Based – Dublin Head Office (APCOA Parking Ireland Limited, 18A Beckett Way, Parkwest Business Park, Dublin 12, D12 A9KW)
Mon-Fri
40 hours per week
Up to 10% bonus potential - discretionary
