About The Role
To work as part of the on site APCOA Management team, to ensure an excellent level of service is provided across all areas
To be responsible for maintaining the high standards required by local Service Level Agreement and to assist with any action plans of any issues raised by the client and cascade this action plan to the rest of the teams as directed
What you’ll do
Ensure high standard of customer areas and facilities at all and taking any remedial action needed.
Deal with customer complaint at the point of service failure.
Professionally handle all incoming calls and to handle as appropriate.
Ensure that all refund requests are investigated and handed to the Manager to complete.
Ensure daily site checks are carried out at start of shift and visual checks of ANPR, Skidata and CCTV are conducted and any faults logged with the relevant contractors.

Ensure that the team are effectively running the car parks, meet and Greet service and Mobile enforcement at all times.
Produce all reports needed by the frontline team in a timely manner and organised/formatted in an effective layout.
Ensure that daily briefings are being maintained at the start of each shift.
Monitor the performance of staff and ensure delivery of allocated tasks.
Protect the assets and revenues of APCOA Parking UK Ltd at all times.
Daily revenue is reconciled with Company nominated Cash Collector daily on time.
Monitor and report the SLA performance of the service provided by APCOA.
Complete and file all relevant Health & Safety documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Adhere to Health & Safety requirements and best practice at all times.
Ensure that all incidents are recorded thoroughly and accurately in the appropriate incident reporting tool, with any follow up actions also being dutifully recorded.

What You'll Bring:
Excellent spoken and written English
Sound financial and analytical skills
Proven People Management
Strong communicator at all levels
Ability to deliver challenging and demanding targets
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
Strong commercial acumen
Attention to detail
Proven experience of Investigations, Disciplinaries and Grievances.
Minimum of 2 years in a people management role
Smart and Professional
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Superb oral and written communicator
Self motivated, pro-active nature
Approachable and able to foster team spirit
Flexible in approach and able to absorb new ideas
Be able to prioritise and multi task

Qualifications
Hold First Aid and Fire Warden qualifications (preferable)
Full and clean UK Driving Licence

Full time - 42.5 hours per week - working 4 nights on 4 nights off
