About The Role
The role is based at Heathrow on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern, main responsibilities will include checking in customers, driving cars safely to and from an allotted area, managing damage liability by your driving standards in accordance with company policy.
 
To provide a smooth entry and exit to the highest standards of customer service for all Valet Parking Customers.
To control/ co ordinate and carry out all vehicle movements within the operations boundaries to ensure claims are reduced and subsequently removed.
What you’ll do
Ensure delivery of all daily/ weekly/ monthly reports as detailed in the core departmental/ client processes within specified time periods.
Ensure you arrive for duty in a uniformed and well groomed manner at the correct time, that you sign in and out of your duty station and follow all guidelines in regard to absence and sickness reporting, and that you carry out a shift take over from a responsible member of staff.
To ensure the ingress and egress of customers to and from Valet Parking is smooth by being proactive in your actions and forward thinking in your attitude.
Maintain operational standards within valet departments. Ensure all administration is completed to a high level. All Valet processes completed satisfactorily This would include maintaining an accurate log of all Transfers in & out, a log of all car care operations, Monitoring the Audit sheet, ensuring that all Transfers from your Terminal are clearly marked and bought to the Team Leaders attention
Carry out all bookings in/out of customers using any electronic bookings equipment PDA correctly and attempt to up sell any added products at source to exceed guidelines, including the damage limitation checks and photography.
In the absence of a Team Leader complete any Incident reporting and photography in accordance with Procedures and report these to the DM.
Undertake any other duties commensurate with the operation and nature of service provided TO INCLUDE OFFICE CLEANING.
Assist all staff identify criminal activity and report this in accordance with company procedures.
Complete relevant documentation concerning SLA’s as appropriate to include Audit sheets.
Monitor the appearance of the designated work area, taking action to ensure that company standards are achieved and maintained and all SLA issues are addressed accordingly (maintaining a clean work place).
Ensure compliance standards are met and comply with the standard ISO 9002 and company procedures by regular review and audit.
Ensure company/ client requirements for Health & Safety/ Compliance/ Security/ Fault Reporting/ Absence Reporting/ Fleet Control/ are carried out daily without fail.
Ensure all procedures relating to Airport ID Pass issue are adhered to.
Drive customers cars within all Valet Parking guidelines and local bylaws to the best of your ability and to park safely and securely, and ensure protection for customers property.
Carry out a full hand over to the next Receptionist or the night Team Leader and receive a signature when this is completed.
 
What you'll Bring:
Computer Intermediate level experience in Excel, Word for reporting requirements, knowledge/ experience of all Microsoft Office packages.
GCSE Pass level or equivalent in English and Maths.
Full UK driving Licence – No Convictions maximum 3 points
Team orientation.
Impeccable written and spoken English

Desirable
Skidata equipment maintenance/ base knowledge and experience incl. report generation/ investigation.
Short term car parking processes.
Pre booking/ Chauntry knowledge & experience.
Valet Parking Procedural knowledge.
