About The Role
You will support the recruiting function by interfacing with candidates, setting up interviews and facilitating the new hire process, overseeing the candidate management and on-boarding processes, providing an effective and comprehensive recruitment service which supports the Company’s Objectives, Vision and Values.
What you’ll do
You will screen and contact candidates and set up interviews for Hiring Managers
You will manage and maintain the recruitment process through the Applicant Tracking System, Eploy
Post recruitment adverts across job boards, social media and APCOA Parking UK Careers site
Coordinate and facilitate the administration of the employee on-boarding process for starters, producing documentation relating to offers of employment and contracts
Request and obtain references for candidates and collate Right to Work Documentation

What you'll Bring

Proven experience within the recruitment/resourcing sector and experience of high volume turnover
Ability to maintain high attention to detail and produce accurate documentation
Be able to plan and organise effectively and manage a multitude of tasks concurrently
Great communication skills working collaboratively to deliver results
Self-motivated, independent and able to manage your time effectively
Ability to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal support services
What we’ll offer you
£19,890 per annum
Home based - Full Time 37.5hrs per week,  some travel may be required occasionally
