About The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract. The ideal candidate will have a background of management and customer service experience and a thorough understanding of contract processes. They should be an operationally minded individual and able to prioritise the requirements of the client/ company and contract.
What you’ll do
Manage the day to day running of the Car Parks operation across the Chiltern Rail Network
Coordinate the daily operations, manage patrolling of the car parks in accordance with company policy, including parking enforcement and cleaning, help maintain the parking equipment and provide a front-line service to the customers and client Co-ordinate the daily rota of the CSAs
Identify camera/equipment problems which require investigation, and repair/report as appropriate
Carry out training of the CSAs as required by the operation, Issue and monitor the state of equipment handed out to the CSAs, and monitor the quality of the CSAs daily tasks, enforcement, patrols and documentation
Gather data and prepare reports including entering revenue, KPI statistic data and any other data
Prepare for and attend meetings with the client as required at various locations

What you'll bring

Excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
Experience of supervising a small team
Worked within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Experience of implementing effective cost control and understanding of budgets
Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports
Full, clean driving licence
