Commercial Support Executive

About The Role
Support revenue growth within London Luton Airport (LLA) Commercial, by supporting the APCOA and LLA Commercial Teams
What you’ll do
Undertake daily system checks of the car parking systems and websites, to check functionality and ensure all data transfers successfully
Create KPI/ data packs and adhoc reports, to support the APCOA and Commercial Teams in making car parking pricing and allocation decisions; Improve the processes and reports on an on-going basis
Document and distribute minutes of commercial meetings
Implement car parking pricing and product changes, as agreed by Management, and record all pricing changes made
Input in to pricing strategy; Create permanent records of pricing and product strategy
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, when required
Assist with the car park operation as required
Assist with general support duties in relation to Surface Access products, such as rail, bus, coach, and car hire, as directed by the Head of LLA Surface Access
Support with general commercial administrative duties at the request of the Head of LLA Surface Access, or the Contract Manager for APCOA
commit to push themselves within their capability and skillset, and set their sights on personal development whilst within the role
maintain strong communications with the Management team and other colleagues
comply with company policy and procedures, health and safety law, and other relevant legislation
maintain a standard of attitude and behaviour that will always represent the company in the best possible light
work successfully as part of a wider team
perform other duties within reason, and within capability skillset
respect client and company confidentiality at all times
use best endeavours to ensure that customers will choose LLA and APCOA services again in the future
What You'll Bring
GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths
Excellent spoken and written English
An interest in progressing within a Commercial function
A willingness to learn and develop
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
The ability to:
present data clearly
articulate well, both verbally and in writing
work under minimal supervision

What we’ll offer you
Full time- 37.5 hours per week (9:00am- 17-30pm)
£26,000 per annum
