About The Role
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for liaising with people at all levels of the business within the company and clients externally. The role requires proficiency in analysing, manipulating, reviewing and handing complex data sets. You will have the ability to present information using MS Office products, which includes PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Outlook. Experience in creating visualisations and reports using Power BI or similar is highly desirable. You will be working with stakeholders to analyse data to deliver reports and enable insightful decisions to be made.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication and is confident with dealing with key stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Delivering reports and insightful solutions using SQL and PowerBI
Build reports and dashboards for distribution to key stakeholders
Providing analysis, forecasting and insights to drive key business decisions
Responsible for the accuracy, quality & timeliness of all fixed and ad-hoc reporting
Preparation of reports for internal and external audiences
Providing reporting in line with KPI requirements
Analysing entire business data to identify patterns and trends and tracking performance
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
Set up and maintain automated data processes
Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
Assist with Month-end reporting
Travel to Client’s across the UK potentially required

What you'll bring
Commercial experience using SQL
Experienced in creating dashboards using PowerBI or similar
Advanced Excel essential, VBA desirable
Experience in IBM Cognos Product TM1, or similar is preferable
Innovative thinker – ideas to increase efficiencies and optimise reporting processes
