About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, flexible and committed person to contribute in the running of the day-today operations of the Redbridge Enforcement contract.
What you’ll do
Assist the Contract Manager in the delivery of the contract with operational responsibility
Monitor budget and contract spend, ensuring effective cost control
Ensure overall client satisfaction and attend client meetings
Reporting on Key Performance Indicators
Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identifying training needs for operational staff
Identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract
Management of all equipment

What You’ll Bring

The following specific experience and skills would be advantageous:
3 years minimum management experience/ Team Manager or equivalent level
Excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
Worked within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Experience of implementing effective cost control and understanding of budgets
Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports
Full, clean driving licence

Hours: 40 per week-Available between 7am and 01:15am Monday- Sunday
