Customer Service Consultant- Part Time

About The Role
This role requires you to provide an excellent standard of Customer Service to our On/ Off Street contracts. You will work effectively as a multi-functional and flexible member of the Customer Service team within a multi-contract environment.
What you’ll do
Undertake detailed administrative tasks in relation to the given contract(s) ensuring KPI’s and SLA’s are met
Manage queries and strive for solutions to customer problems with ‘Right first time’ attitude
Handle telephone calls professionally and in line with the expected Service Level
Carry out tasks according to the given contract(s) Notice Processing procedure and guidelines
Use knowledge of processes, legislation and guidelines to effectively advise all customers
